ArtofPapers.com Disclaimer
It is important to us that you, the customer, understand exactly how we do business and the policies and procedures that govern our relationship. Each of us has rights and responsibilities, and these are spelled out in detail within the text of each of our policies that are published on our site. We want you to read through these policies, so that you are familiar with them as you do business with us. As soon as you place an order for products or services from Art of Papers, you will be bound by these policies, so it is important that you know what they contain. If you do not review the policies, you are still bound by them.
How Customers Use Our Products: Customers agree that they will use products purchased from Art of Papers for personal purposes only. Such personal use includes research, study, and as reference. Products may not be shared, sold or distributed to anyone else without written approval from our company. If the customer violates this policy, and if there are then consequences, the company has no responsibility for those consequences.
Your Contact Information: We may need to get in touch with you regarding your order at any time during the processing, and that is why we ask for your full name, email address and a working telephone number. If we cannot contact you because you have not provided correct information, we cannot be responsible if your order is delayed.
Cancellation of Your Order: If you have to cancel an order, you will receive a refund, or you may apply that refund toward a future order. Your refund amount will depend upon where your order is in its process. If no writer has been assigned and thus no work has begun, you will receive a full refund; if, however, a writer has begun to work on your product, your refund will be pro-rated, based upon how much work has been completed at the point of cancellation.
Resources Used for Research for Your Order: Usually, the customer delineates the number of resources that must be used, and the writer will select those that are most current and relevant for the academic level of that customer. You may also direct that specific resources be used, and we are happy to comply. If these resources are easily found, the writer will proceed. If, however, the resources are not easily found, we will ask you to upload them directly to your writer through your account page, or at the time that you place the initial order. If you cannot upload them and we have to purchase them for you, you will be responsible for that cost and must pay that cost before work can begin on your order.
If you will be uploading the resource materials, we have established a time line for this, based upon your deadline. That timeline is as follows:
Deadline of 2 -14 days: you must send them over within 8 hours after order placement
Deadline of 12 – 24 hours: you must send them over within 1 hour after order placement
Deadline of less than 12 hours: you must send them over within the first 20 minutes after order placement
Correct Order Form Completion: You must be very careful as you complete the order form. Fill in all fields with as much detail as possible, because these instructions will go directly to the writer and s/he will follow them explicitly. If you have details that do not seem to fit into any of the fields, or if your order is really complex, you should contact our customer service desk and speak with someone directly, so that we can make note of everything. If your instructions are not completely clear to a writer, that writer will contact you directly through your account page, so it is important that you check your account page regularly during production. We will also contact you by telephone and/or email if there is an urgent need to speak with you about your order. Please respond to all contact from us, because we are not responsible for delays resulting from your failure to respond.
Requests for Revisions: If you are not completely satisfied with the final draft of your product, we want you to let us know immediately, as soon as you have reviewed that product. You may request revisions on your account page, or you may contact customer service with that request. If your request is because your order instructions were not followed and if that request does not change your order instructions, then those revisions will be for free, of course. There are other times when revisions will be free too, but, in general, if they change your original order, there will be a fee. You will need to remit that fee before we can begin on those revisions. Please check our Revisions Policy for further details.
Plagiarism: We check all writing for plagiarism before it is delivered to a customer, and that is why we have never had an instance of plagiarism on any of our products. If you think there is plagiarism in a product you receive, please send it back to us along with a TurnItIn report that identifies the parts that are plagiarized. We will investigate it thoroughly and revise or refund if there is plagiarism.
Technical Issues: There may be power failures, browser or server issues which we cannot control. If these result in delays of delivery, we cannot be responsible for them.
Making Payment: You may make payment in the same way that you do for any online purchase – we take all credit and debit cards, wire transfers and E-checks. If your bank requires verification of your identity we will cooperate and you will need to supply a government-issued photo ID. We cannot begin work on your order until your payment has been processed. If delays occur because we have not received timely payment, we are not responsible for them.
Deadlines: We ask you to designate a deadline in your order form, and we have an almost 100% record for meeting deadlines. The only exceptions are when customers fail to respond to our questions and contacts or on the rare occasion that a writer has an emergency and we must assign the order to a new writer. If, however, a deadline should be missed and it is our fault, you will receive a refund, according to our refund policy.
Your Level of Study: You will be asked to specify your academic level in your order form (high school, undergraduate, graduate), and please check to see that you have entered the correct level. If you submit the incorrect level, we will assign a writer for that level, and you may not get the product you want – it may either be too simplistic or far too complex for your desires. If you have entered the incorrect level and we complete the work, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you discover your mistake after the order already is in process, we can change your order, of course, but there will be additional charges, and you will have to remit them before we can begin again.
Our customer Service: We our really proud of our customer service professionals. This department is available 24/7/365, and we urge you to contact them with any questions or concerns. You may contact by live chat on our site, by telephone, or by emails.
Legal Concerns: In general, there are no laws that prevent you from ordering products from online retailers, unless those products are illegal in your jurisdiction. If there should be laws in your jurisdiction that pertain to purchase of written materials, it is your responsibility to be knowledgeable of them and to abide by them.
We also know that fraudulent purchases are made on the internet. If we suspect fraud in a purchase, we will notify the authorities and cooperate with their investigation.
Cookies: We do use cookies, but you have the right to disable them, of course. Understand, however, that disabling cookies can reduce compatibility between your system and ours, and there could be technical issues for you.
Discounts/Special Offers: We offer discounts to new and returning customers and we also have special sales and discounts from time to time. Check our website often for them. Our discount policy is published on our site, and we urge to read through it. We also send news of specials via emails to our customers, and you may unsubscribe from these at any time.
